Telesales Executive
Reports to: Outbound Telesales Team leader
Overall purpose:
The role of the Telesales Executive is to sell to existing customers and new prospects. The Telesales executive is responsible for delivery of their own personal targets which in turn contribute to an overall team target.
Methodology:
You shall adopt a consultative sales approach, with needs analysis and matching of products to those identified needs with the aim of meeting customers’ needs and in so doing delighting existing customers.
The agent shall also have the consultative sale approach as well with all new prospects.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound sales calls to cross sell and up sell to existing customers
• Make outbound sales calls to non exsisting customers to appropriately sell the suite of available products.
• Achievement of sales targets.
• Aid the enhancement of the FAQ’s
• Aid the enhancement of sales closers, sharing best practice / effective techniques with Team Leader and the rest of the sales team.
• Ensure call quality is maintained to agreed standards.
• Ensure all calls are conducted within DMA guidelines.
• Build rapport with existing customers to encourage a direct relationship for call backs directly to the AM.
• Capture CRM enhancing information, e.g. email addresses, contract end dates for competitor products etc.
Based: London
Salary: £18k Basic plus OTE £30K
Other:
Initially this will require Monday to Friday working but as the Account management function develops this may require one Saturday in the month to be regarded as part of the working week with a day off in lieu.
