Description
Our client is looking for a Contracts Manager to develop further their void and maintenance services, working closely with the managing director.
Your main purpose of the role is to:
Help define and implement strategy in developing this area of the business.
Oversee the day-to-day management of the maintenance team ensuring that all SLA’S are adhered to and that the department is providing the required service.
Revise pricing schedules/ specifications/ and working practices.
Provide an effective interface with customers, meeting, developing and reviewing service levels.
Ensure financial targets for profitability and work in progress are achieved
To manage all staff associated with the contract to ensure quality and productivity are always at the highest possible levels and that staff are motivated and developed.
