JOB SPECIFICATION:
To provide administrative assistance to main office
Duties include contract administration, reception duties, PA duties, office orders and supplies, arranging repairs, filing, mail distribution, diary management and general office housekeeping.
Although duties will incorporate all of the above, the main responsibility is that of receptionist; ensuring that the reception area is maintained to a high standard and the greeting of visitors.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Immaculate personal presentation
Exceptional communications skills - must be articulate and fluent in English with a professional and confident telephone manner
Previous reception experience is desirable
Good numerical skills
MS Office skills
Enthusiastic, confident and self-motivated team player with the ability to work under pressure whilst ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard

Up to £25k D.O.E
Monday - Friday (40 hour week)
Up to 25 days holiday
