Our client is looking for an experienced Electrical/Mechanical Engineer who will be responsible for the design and managerial aspects of individual projects, the assistance with the management of the Mechanical/Electrical Department, technical matters and liaison with clients as and when requested.
It may be necessary for you to provide technical and supervisory guidance in Mechanical/Electrical aspects of the Company.
You will be required to liaise with existing clients of the Company and in addition make endeavours to secure new sources of work.
The work secured will be for this Company alone.
As part of the day to day running of the Company you will attend meetings to discuss progress and policy whereupon the above or new duties will be varied and implemented to suit the Company.
We are looking for someone on a senior level who would be able to take control of their own projects, attend external meetings, carry out surveys, someone who has good written English i.e. able to produce survey reports, specs etc. You must have previous commercial experience
initially your client is looking at a contract position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right person.
You will be based in London.
