My client a large, national, Charity organisation, require an experienced, Prince2 certified Project Manager to lead current change projects including a Sharepoint implementation.
The successful applicant will have:
· Knowledge or experience of implementing Microsoft Sharepoint
· Excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent computer skills: experienced user of MS Office, MS Project, Lotus Notes
· Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
· Dynamic and challenging with ability to work with people at all levels
· Able to take initiative, be assertive and think ahead
· Able to prioritise and manage personal workload and that of others
· Ability to work in a complex environment, making clear rational decisions
· Quality focus and attention to detail
Experience needed:
· Experience of implementing Microsoft Sharepoint (Essential)
· Project management of projects (Essential)
· Project management methodologies, e.g. PRINCE2 (Essential)
· Design and implementation of content and document management systems (Essential)
· Intranet development (Desirable)

SYSTEMS SUPPORT ANALYST

6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT LONDON
We are currently working with a client based in London who are seeking a Systems Support Analyst.
This a fixed term, pro rata contract for 6 months with a review and possible extension at the end of this period.
You will have experience in the following areas:·
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0
· Microsoft Exchange 2007
· Microsoft Windows 2003/2008
· VMWare ESX 3.x
· Storage Area Networking (SAN)
· Microsoft Active Directory 2003
· Email, file and Sharepoint archiving
· Microsoft SQL 2005/2008
· Citrix Presentation Server 4.0
· Microsoft server and infrastructure management tools
· Technical documentation
· Process and procedure development and implementation
· Local and Wide Area Networks
The main responsibilities of the post holder will be:
To ensure the reliability, availability and performance of designated systems.
To ensure systems are manageable and that information can easily be gathered about the state of systems and control them.
To ensure problems can easily be indentified and corrective action taken.
To ensure designated systems can be recovered in the event of any level of disaster.
To ensure all information in designated systems is secure from unauthorised access.
To ensure all new systems provide the capacity appropriate to current and future demand.
To support, manage and administer designated aspects of the IT infrastructure and to ensure all related processes and system information are documented and regularly updated.
To develop and enhance the IT infrastructure and to project manage any changes to it, within the agreed change control procedure, working with other internal technical specialists and third party organisations as required.
To ensure all information and documentation relating to IT infrastructure is shared with the rest of IT and reviewed on an agreed, regular basis.
To manage the implementation of monitoring tools, and then routinely and proactively to monitor performance of designated aspects of the IT infrastructure and to take action to resolve issues before they impact the IT service.
Candidates will need to have strong communication skills with the ability to work in a busy, innovative team. The client offers excellent working conditions within walking distance of a mainline station.
