Location – Sidcup
My client has a 6 month fixed term contract on offer for somebody who has experience within a call centre dealing with home owners and scheduling repair work.
You will be working within a team of 3, taking a high volume of calls, scheduling work with engineers, following up to ensure the work has been completed.
Ideally you will have a repairs background but you must be used to working in a call centre. This is a very customer focused role and you are on the front line, so you need to show willing, empathy and patience.
