Job – Complaints Administrator
Salary – £18500
Location – Sidcup
Due to expansion of the department, my client is looking for a complaints administrator to join a busy team who manage claim queries. You will be on the front line taking the first level of complaints and starting the admin process to gather information for more complex cases. You will be generating letters using the companies standard templates.
This role will suit someone who enjoys a challenge and likes investigating and resolving complaints.
Ideally you will have some complaints experience, within a repairs and maintenance environment. The company look after domestic insurance claims, so if you have some claims background this could be of a benefit.

You will be working a 40 hour week over a 5 day period, some weekends and evenings will be required. If you like a flexible working life balance this would be the company for you.
