Location: Sutton

Salary: £40,000 per year

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm.

Job type: Full-time, permanent

A Van and fuel card are provided!

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our well-established clients recruit for a Contracts Manager to join their ever-expanding team. This role would suit a very experienced multi-trader that is looking for a new future becoming a Contracts Manager/Surveyor in the insurance industry.

Within this role you must live in close commute to Sutton for when you go into the office but the working areas you will cover are SM, CR, TW & RH.

Requirements of the Contracts Manager:

• Over 5 years’ experience being a Multi-Trader.
• Must have a carpentry or tiling qualification.
• Previous experience within domestic/social housing environment is essential.
• Previous supervisory/managerial experience is beneficial.
• General building knowledge.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
