Job Description

Job – Finance Administrator

Salary – 19,000

Location – Sidcup

My client has a 6 month fixed term contract opportunity for a finance administrator to join a growing team, producing sales invoices using both the operational and financial systems, forwarding the invoices to the clients.  You will also be resolving sales invoice queries with operations and producing any credits that may be needed.  Checking and approving supplier invoices and resolving any issues.

Your main duties:

Raising Sales Invoices

Raising Credit notes

Resolving any supplier queries

Working with the team to achieve targets

Monitor own workload and prioritise action when required

Any other admin work

Ideally you will have great attention to detail, be self-motivated and have the ability to “get the job done”.  The hours on offer at Monday to Friday 4pm to 9pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm – this will be a 30 hour working week.  There is parking on-site, really nice offices and a great team atmosphere.  Interviews to be held w/c 24th July
