Location – Morden

My client has a fantastic opportunity for a PA who has worked at board level before to join an organisation.  The company has excellent, benefits, the offices are based with good Public Transport links and there is also parking on site

You will be supporting the Chief Executive and the Corporate Director in all aspects of diary management, travel arrangements, taking minutes in meetings, preparing board meetings.

In the role,  you will be required to minute meetings, you will then send them out to all attendees.  Another part of the role will be to book training courses and maintain the training log, to produce annual reports on management information.

From time to time you will Assist the Executive Assistant with additional projects and tasks for the Senior Management Team when required.

It is important that you are confident and can hold your own.  You may have to make a decision when managing work loads and prioritising what work gets completed first

The hours are Monday to Friday working a 35 hour week.  At busy times of the year, you may be required to work extra
