My client a prestigious Law firm based in Bromley is looking for Account Manager within their Claims and Enforcement department. This role will suit someone with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to self-motivate and strong customer service skills.

The role requires someone to provide a first-class debt recovery service working in a timely and efficient manner. You will be liaising with clients to update them on the case progress, monitor and review payments, write correspondence to clients and follow up with different parties to meet the relevant service level agreements.

You will receive 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. Other benefits include a contribution to legal fees, death in service benefits, birthday off, Christmas bonus, profit share bonus, access to cycle to work scheme, Medicash Health Plan to name a few.
