Customer Account Co-ordinator
Do you have experience within a Customer Services environment?
Are you immediately available and happy to undertake a 12 month fixed term contract?
My client, a leader in their field, are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual with a proactive approach to deliver a first class service to their portfolio of clients.
As a Customer Account Coordinator you will be part of a supportive and unique team that is jointly responsible in supporting their client base, ensuring that service is dealt with promptly and thoroughly with a strong focus on first call resolution.
You will gain knowledge in all aspects of the conveyancing chain and liaise with third party data providers whilst utilising your excellent interpersonal skills.
You will need to have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner, be proactive in dealing with queries, have the ability to work well under pressure, be organised and have excellent attention to detail.
You will need to be comfortable working as part of a team as well as on your own, with the skill to understand deadlines and targets, alongside some experience within a customer service environment.
