Do you have solid experience within an Account Management/Customer Service environment?
Are you looking for a new full time role within a successful team that really supports their staff and encourages progression?
Working within one of the fastest growing areas of the business and due to the success of the current team, my client a market leader in their field, are looking to recruit two Account Managers who will be responsible for the day to day running of the service.
The role will involve:
Liaising directly with customers on new portfolio instructions from point of quotation to the delivery of the project.
Tracking leads and proactively perusing new revenues
Undertaking a full consultation with the customer on the project to ensure their requirements are delivered.
Upselling and promoting higher net revenue searches.
Ensuring all SLAs are met.
Management of each portfolio project from quotation through to completion.
To build relationships with key accounts and maximise revenue generated.
Offering a consultative and efficient service and Monitoring performance and delivery against client objectives.
You will be proactive, highly motivated and enthusiastic with excellent attention to detail and a strong communicator.
B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success will also be an advantage.
The hours for the role are Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm and the salary on offer is £19,000 with a bonus scheme also in place.
