Customer Service Advisor – Damp & Mould

Location: Northfleet

Salary: £26,500 per year

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.

Job type: 12-month Fixed Term Contract

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our well-established clients recruit for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their ever-expanding team.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Carrying out day to day Company administrative duties, including Key Client administrative requirements and operational staff requirements.
  • Providing support to the day to day operational movements of the workforce including diary management.
  • Liaising and building good working relationships with client’s staff and tenants, contractors and colleagues.
  • Accurately maintaining all relevant administrative documents, spreadsheets and databases
  • Responsibility for the EH&S towards yourself and all others who may be affected by your work.

Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Must have 3-5 years’ experience within a similar role.
  • Experience with damp & mould is essential.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
  • Willingness to “go the extra mile” to provide excellent customer service
  • A positive and professional approach.
