My client is looking to recruit an International Sales Manager for their range of air distribution products.

The primary function of this role is to further expand the sales presence for this product range by sourcing new customers, distribution and / or dealerships throughout the specified territory, which would incur a lot of overseas travel. The chosen candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, producing revenue forecasts, monthly territorial activity as well as seeking potential new opportunities.

The role will be field based, however you will ideally live to the West of London/Thames Valley/M3 Corridor. You will need to also travel to Kent where they are based


Reporting to the sales director the job holder will:

Minimum HNC or equivalent in Electro/Mechanical Engineering

Evidence of having attended sales training/management courses.

Be able to travel freely to achieve duties and hold valid passport and driving licence.

In depth technical knowledge of the HVAC industry with a minimum of 5 years’ experience preferably within an air distribution product

Ideally will have held an export sales roles for a minimum of 3 years.

Excellent sales and order closing skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

PC literate – experience of Microsoft Office.
