Job Description

My client is looking for a Repairs planner to join a busy team on a temporary basis.

The role will consist of being the first point of contact with housing tenants where they will be calling with regards to a repair.

Your daily duties will consist of:
· Logging initial call
· Understanding the repair, logging the request and allocating the correct tradesperson to complete the works
· Liaising with colleagues at all times
· Tenants may require support from other departments, so using your initiative to see where else they may require assistants

High level of call taking is required, so you must display empathy and eagerness to support the tenants at all times

Interviews to be held asap.

You will be paid on a weekly basis, working a 37.5 hour week. Holiday pay is also accrued.  There could be a possibility this will lead to a more permanent position.
