We are working with a well establish MSP who’s client base range 5 man companies to multi-nationals, due to continued growth they are looking to add a Technical Account Manager to their team.


The role is customer facing, technical and varied, involving regular site visits around London (approximately once a week) as well as remote support.


The ideal candidate will probably have 5+ years commercial support experience in a Microsoft environment including good exposure to Exchange/O365 and some virtulisation/Mac.  In addition, you will have had sole responsibility for a small project and dealt with 3rd line support issues. You should be able to communicate effortlessly with senior management.


As a Technical Account Manager you will be responsible for the technical delivery of small projects as well as overseeing some of their key clients.
