Business and Client Development Manager

Bromley

£45,000 to £60,000 DOE

Hybrid Working

Our Client a well-established, forward-thinking Law firm based in Bromley is on the hunt for a Business and Client Development Manager. This role is hybrid and will offer 2/3 days from home. You will need to have business two business sales experience for a minimum of two years. If you have experience in the Legal field this would be ideal but not essential. If you come from a professional services background then they are open.

You will be required to assist the Head of the department in analysing key data and trends which will assist them in managing client relationships, determining the profitability of work types, the internal performance as well as performance as against client KPI’s and the determination of which work types to target for growth. The role will require a considerable amount of data analysis and as such candidate must have excellent Microsoft Excel skills.

Duties include:

  • Develop and win new work from new clients.
  • To grow the existing portfolios of work they receive
  • To develop and obtain work from existing clients
  • To research target markets and identify key targets
  • To facilitate telesales campaigns
  • To report back regularly regarding progress and plans
  • To improve the sales pipeline management processes
  • To develop new third-party/intermediary relationships
  • To provide regular updates regarding new trends in the sector
  • To provide regular updates on competitor behaviour
  • To advise on new markets and alliances
  • To work closely with the Marketing team to ensure appropriate social media and website content
  • To work closely with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency and efficient use of resources
  • Assist with Client Management
  • Assist in dealing with client queries
  • Assist in ensuring we meet Key Performance Indicators
  • To adhere to company standards, policies and procedures at all times
  • To contribute positively to departmental and firm-wide activities
