Family Law Solicitor (Maternity Cover)

£40,000 – £55,000 (Depending on Experience)

My client, a well-established law firm, is looking for an experienced Family Solicitor to join their fast-paced team as Maternity cover for 1 year. To be successful, they are looking for someone who has a strong understanding within; divorce, finances, private law children and TLATA.

Duties involved, but not limited to:

• manage their own case load and obtain new work through converting enquiries
• draft various legal documentation including cohabitation agreements and prenuptial agreements and court applications.
• to be actively involved in marketing and development activities
• maintain their own professional development requirements
• be self-motivated to hit their very achievable targets

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and 1 Saturday every 4 weeks: 9.30am to 12pm.
