My client,  a well-established law firm, is looking for a Housing Solicitor to join their hard-working team. The right candidate must have excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well either within a team, or independently. This role will accept candidates from both 0-5 years PQE or 5 years above.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday with a hybrid work system offered; 2-3 days in the office once settled in.

To be successful, you must :

• Have a strong standard of experience within a housing legal department either within a solicitor’s or in-house
• Have the ability to deal with leasehold matters including forfeiture claims, and landlord and or tenant matters
• Able to work on a case management system
• Have the ability to working a busy caseload of housing litigation matters to include defending disrepair claims, ASB and fraud, and defending EPA claims
